Optus employees have been invited to participate in The HeartScreen Corporate Heart Health Program, a voluntary and confidential preventative cardiac screening program delivered independently by The HeartScreen.
Your first step is a short confidential cardiac pre-screen. This allows our cardiologist and clinical team to review your cardiac history, symptoms, family history, medications and relevant risk factors and determine the screening pathway that may be appropriate for you.
Privacy First
Individual questionnaire responses, health information, clinical findings and reports are not provided to employers. Employers receive only approved de-identified or aggregated program reporting where applicable.
Confidential & Voluntary
Participation is entirely voluntary. Your individual questionnaire responses, health information, clinical findings and specialist reports are not provided to Optus.
Your confidential pre-screen is reviewed by The HeartScreen cardiologist and clinical team to determine the screening pathway that may be appropriate for you.
Cardiologist Assessed
Following your screening, your cardiac findings are specialist assessed. Detailed cardiac review and benchmarking of your heart health is then reported through the appropriate clinical pathway, to your nominated GP for continuity of care without the specialist fees.
